Shekhar Jani, MD
Dr. Jani Graduated from T.N. medical college, Bombay, India, Oct. 1967. He then completed a surgical residency at LTMG hospital Bombay India from 1968 to 1971, passing his surgical boards in 1972. He passed the NJ state license exam in Oct. 1977, then entered the surgical residency program at Morristown memorial hospital from July 1979 to June 1981.
Dr. Jani was board certified in Emergency Medicine, and practiced emergency medicine at JFK medical center, Edison, NJ from July 1981 to March 1991, and at Wayne General Hospital, Wayne, NJ from April 1991 to August 1995. His special interests are in Family and Occupational medicine, and he enjoys coin collecting, tennis and swimming.
